Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Net 30 day terms may extended to customers upon request and credit approval with Midwest Tech Services credit department. To request terms, please fax or email three (3) trade credit references to our credit department at (630) 325-8388 or you can request terms by filling out our credit application. Taxes
Sales tax will be added to all applicable orders in the following states:
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Ohio
- Wisconsin
International Orders
Although our website does not support international orders, we welcome our worldwide customers. Inquires regarding international sales can be sent to info@midwesttech.com. Midwest Tech payment policy for all international orders is T/T in advance (Electronic Fund Transfer).
Warranties
All warranties are manufacturer warranties unless otherwise noted.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are current as of the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All non-hazardous products will ship via UPS ground with freight prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified. All hazardous products will ship via FedEx or specified LTL carrier without exception. Standard per package hazardous materials shipping fees will apply. A small number of items are not available for shipment overseas or by air.
Due to manufacturer minimums, all Metro products will incur a minimum $39 freight fee regardless of quoted freight charge.
Midwest Tech Services makes no representation of warranty, express or implied and disclaims any express or implied warranty, including warranties of merchantability and fitness, arising out of or in connection with the sale, manufacture, delivery or use of any product offered in this catalog or by other means. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, please call Customer Service at 1-888-887-9473 for the correct return address for your area and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Packages without RMA#s clearly and visibly marked on the outside of the package may be refused. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in manufacturer's original packaging, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit. Most chemicals and many special ordered products are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. This policy may be altered for special circumstances.
Note: Charges for calibration services are not refundable. In no event shall Stanley Supply & Services be liable for any claim for incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection, manufacture, delivery or use of any product offered in this catalog or by other means.
